Join me for this new workshop where you get to make your own personalised self-care advent calendar. In this workshop we'll: Plan your December schedule Choose relaxing activities that will help you stay well both physically and mentally throughout the lead up to Christmas. In this workshop you'll get: a refillable advent calendar (depending on purchase option) 8 Made by Pure Hands products to add to your calendar. One of which we'll make on the day. 4 affirmation cards to keep you upbeat 4 I'll gift myself cards to write down your activities 6 relaxing teas and of course the occasional sweet treats. A December schedule to plot your schedule Please note the Saturday 11th November will be at Cook & Craft Collective in Clapham Saturday 25th November will be at Bellenden Therapies, Peckham
Cancellation Policy
Workshops (Self-Care Advent Calendar Workshop): Please give 24 hours notice if you can no longer make your workshop. You can still collect your advent calendar after the event. Online Consultations: Please give 12 hours notice if you need to cancel. You may be charged otherwise. Appointments at Bellenden Therapies, Goose Green or UCL : Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. You may be charged otherwise.
