Join me for this new workshop where you get to make your own personalised self-care advent calendar. In this workshop we'll: Plan your December schedule Choose relaxing activities that will help you stay well both physically and mentally throughout the lead up to Christmas. In this workshop you'll get: a refillable advent calendar to personalise 7 mini Made by Pure Hands products to add to your calendar. One of which we'll make on the day. 4 affirmation cards to keep you upbeat 10 I'll gift myself cards to write down your activities relaxing teas and of course the occasional sweet treats. Please note the Saturday 19th November will be at Cook & Craft Collective in Clapham Thursday 24th November will be at Spinach, Lordship Lane, East Dulwich.

Cancelation Policy

Workshops (Self-Care Advent Calendar Workshop): Please give 24 hours notice if you can no longer make your workshop. You can still collect your advent calendar after the event. Online Consultations: Please give 12 hours notice if you need to cancel. You may be charged otherwise. Appointments at Bellenden Therapies, Goose Green or UCL : Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. You may be charged otherwise.
