Self-massage is one of those massage practices, we really don't consider when looking for self-care tools, to support our health and wellbeing.  But during lockdown, we were forced to consider alternative options to help with stress and tension.  Having worked with companies and individuals during the pandemic, it became clear that self-massage has so many benefits that can be incorporated within the work setting and has tremendous benefits.

Stress and back pain are very much connected. When we are stressed, our body takes on that tension. Plus I am sure you are already aware that sitting for long periods of time, is also not good for our backs.

Self-massage is a very easy way companies can help support their employees back health.  In my video, I’ll give you simple techniques on how and you can reduce stress and tension in the body. I’ll demonstrate simple self-massage and stretching that can be done before, during or after the work day.

We are all starting to realise the importance of self-care and wellness and how prevention is much better than cure. So by integrating massage into your Health & Wellbeing strategy you’ll have a happier, healthier team.
