I do love that the IFA have an Aromatherapy Awareness Week. It’s the one time of the year that Aromatherapists can come together, to raise the profile of Aromatherapy and its benefits on our health.
This year, the IFA have rightly noted that the event, coincides with the International Year of Plant Health. But with so many of us dealing with mental health concerns due to lockdown, I want to dedicate this post, to those who have experiencing trauma, particularly after recent events in the black community. Many of us are feeling physically and mentally exhausted. I myself have had to take time out to take care of my mental health.
