Walking is such a simple thing, yet it can be one of the most powerful ways to support our health and wellbeing. And still, when life feels full or our minds are busy, it’s often the first thing we overlook.
For me, walking has always been a go-to. A way to clear my head, let off steam, and find clarity when I feel stuck. A way to gently shift out of overthinking and back into my body.
But like many things that support our wellbeing, it’s not just about doing it, it’s about how we do it. About being present enough to actually feel the benefits. That’s why I’m honoured to add this walking meditation to the Made by Pure Hands Wind Down Zone.
