We now offer online workshops via zoom to help with your self-care if you are short on time or are still isolating. You can also book one to one classes or group session for you and your colleagues or friends.  Email for more details.

Online Self Massage Classes


Our classes are on Zoom and start at 8pm prompt and last for 45 mins.


Classes are now twice a month and, we will look at different areas of the body.  We have the following classes coming up:

Friday 22nd January

Back & Neck work -  This is a stretching class with some massage. 

Bring a Massage or Tennis Ball.

Friday 5th February - Foot Massage Class

There are 7 spaces available; £7 per class, or £12 with a mini product (massage oil or balm).
