Massage appointments are on Tuesdays from Bellenden Therapies and 1 Saturday a month from Goose Green Clinic in East Dulwich. Please note the consultation part of all treatments will take place online for new clients via zoom the day before. Existing clients please click here to access your online form.

First Massage Treatments
£80 for a 60 minute treatment
£65 for a 45 minute treatment
If this is your first Massage with us, you will need to have a full consultation before your treatment. This is so we can get to know you and what would be the best treatment plan for you. Currently this a 20 minute consultation done online before your treatment.
Holistic Massage
60 mins - £65
Choose from a selection of plain or pre-blended vegetable oils, our holistic massage treatment is designed to assist with both physical & emotional conditions from relieving muscular pain to reducing stress & anxiety.
Aromatherapy Massage
60 mins - £70
My Aromatherapy massage treatment involves a custom blended selection of essential oils and vegetable oils. We'll discuss, your favourite smells as well as the therapeutic benefits of each oil. Where you want to leave energised, or chilled, there is an Aromatherapy blend for you.
Remedial Massage
60 mins - £65
Ideal if you require a mix of techniques to help with specific areas of tightness, tension or reduced mobility. Using techniques such as compression, cross fibre friction, NMT and stretching. Deep tissue is great for breaking adhesions, unsticking muscles and reducing stiffness.
The 45 mins Massage
45 mins - £50
Short on time or just need just want to concentrate on Back, Neck & Shoulders? We'll use a mix of Massage techniques to help ease the pain and tension.
You can also book this session if you suffer from RSI conditions.
Aromatherapy Consultation
25 mins - £20
If you'd like to find out about essential oils you can use to support your wellbeing, or would like to have a Made by Pure Hands product /bespoke products made up for you, then you will need to book an Aromatherapy consultation. This will enable us to take into consideration all your needs when recommending or making a product/blends for you.
